The 125,000 deaths already caused by the coronavirus pandemic, which has reached more than 4 million people, equivalent to one case confirmed for each group of 50 Brazilians, do not allow effusive celebrations on the festive dates in 2020. However, on this October 12, our category, which has been working tirelessly to serve clients and family members in the worst health crisis in the last 100 years, can and should take advantage of “Insurance Broker’s Day” for a deep reflection on the current scenario and, mainly, regarding the future.
Because, alongside health professionals, insurance brokers are among those who have justly won society’s recognition for what they have done, ensuring proper protection, coverage, family members’ survival guarantee, continuity business, the completion of projects, the payment of debts of those who lost their jobs, life, health, tranquility, the future.
All this having to adapt in record time to work in the home office status, using many technologies that arise at all times, to virtual meetings, to remote service, at any time of the day or night.
But, it is clear that nothing will be as before. And, in this “new normal”, to consolidate this extremely high standard, it will be essential to invest heavily in constant training, diversification and digital tools. The broker who knew how to make a difference and show value and strategic importance will now have to diversify business and explore market’s niche in which he has never operated in the past.
It will not be easy. However, to help you in this process, Fenacor and Sincor are starting to act as solution providers. The intention is to offer the necessary tools for brokers to face and overcome challenges in an environment that requires a high degree of competitiveness. To this end, the Service and Product Management Center – CGS was created, which develops customized and personalized products and services for the broker. The intention is to allow the professional to have tranquility, security, and support to exercise activities and better serve society.
Another extremely important action is the cycle of events “Conexão Futuro Seguro”, which will offer professional updating, information and knowledge. Many other new features will come soon, such as the free self-employed agent course for Sincor members and a new tool that allows the broker to properly comply with the LGPD (General Data Protection Law).
