Almost 50 years ago, the Business and Insurance School (ENS) was born with the mission of generating and spreading knowledge and empower professionals for the Brazilian insurance market. The MBA’s considered of excellence, are taught by scholars with long market experience. With a modern learning platform, the Online and semi presential MBA’s, for instance, have interactive classes with constantly updated content. ENS teaches courses in several cities in Brazil through partnerships, considered the priority by the institution.
“Currently, it’s impossible for a single company, whatever its size and coverage, be able to develop by itself what is most efficient in educational terms. For that reason, there’s this search for complementarity”, explains the teaching director of ENS, Mario Pinto. The School materialized partnerships with research centers, universities and foundations, in Brazil and abroad, making use, according to the director, of the excellent performance of its courses and its intense relationship network.
In the range of MBA courses offered by ENS there are programs that are not directly related to the insurance sector. Why? “Indeed, the School has the strategic targeting of ‘transcending’ the market, without distancing from it. In fact, all courses are targeted to the manager, be him related to the segment or not. If we observe the insurance companies, reaching all the value chain, we note that there’s the necessity of manager training, and the market signals this demand”, clarifies Mario. According to him, with the complexity growth in the insurance sector, embracing new behaviors, technology and regulatory scenario, it’s indispensable that the School produces and offers to the professional the state of art in those dimensions.
