In early 2015, a successful journalism project began. In that year, the first issue of Insurance Corp magazine brought, as the cover story, nothing less than the London-based syndicate Lloyd’s. “The goal of this publication is contributing to the development and strengthening of the sector, offering space to themes indispensable to the prevention and mitigation of risks”, highlighted the publisher André Pena, in the “Message” section.
The only bimonthly and bilingual independent market’s publication, the magazine have the seal of the Editora Incremento and celebrates its fifth anniversary with a clear objective: to be a vehicle specialized in insurance, private pensions, reinsurance, capitalization and supplementary health, besides the services provision in these areas, as well as in risk management. In its 28 issues, the magazine already published feature stories, articles and reports with the main players in Brazil and abroad. Its content possesses a notable corporate character, among other aspects.
Insurance Corp interviewed personalities with deep penetration in the segment and covered events of indisputable value and importance. Highlights include the Rio de Janeiro Reinsurance Meeting (in fact, the magazine publishes since 2017 a report called Special Inform), the International Seminar and ABGR Expo, the Conec – Insurance Brokers Congress (SP) and the Brazilian Insurance Brokers Congress.
The target audience of IC is formed by professionals of insurance and reinsurance companies, insurance and reinsurance brokers, associative and class entities, as well as assessment, inspection and claims regulation companies, auctioneers, service providers, risk managers, as well as companies that seek coverage that adequately services its activities and responsibilities. Ultimately, the magazine is, today, reference to the insurance and reinsurance market, conquering a deserved recognition, demonstrated by the trust and support received.
