Os dados evidenciam o desafio do setor de ampliar a presen\u00e7a feminina nos espa\u00e7os de lideran\u00e7a e decis\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Atualmente, as mulheres correspondem a 57% do quadro de colaboradores da Prudential do Brasil e a 47% das posi\u00e7\u00f5es de lideran\u00e7a, entre cargos de ger\u00eancia e acima. No Dia da Diversidade no Mercado Segurador, celebrado em 25 de setembro, a companhia destaca a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o desse indicador, que passou de 42% em 2024 para 47% em 2026, al\u00e9m das iniciativas voltadas ao desenvolvimento profissional e \u00e0 amplia\u00e7\u00e3o das oportunidades de carreira para mulheres.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Entre elas est\u00e1 o Programa de Lideran\u00e7a Feminina, criado para impulsionar o desenvolvimento das mulheres na companhia, especialmente daquelas em posi\u00e7\u00f5es de gest\u00e3o. A iniciativa est\u00e1 em sua quinta edi\u00e7\u00e3o e entre as profissionais que passaram pelo programa, 57% foram promovidas ou receberam m\u00e9rito e 73% permanecem na companhia. O grupo registra ainda tempo m\u00e9dio de casa de 8,4 anos.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Realizado em parceria com uma consultoria externa, o programa busca fortalecer a jornada profissional das participantes por meio do desenvolvimento de compet\u00eancias e habilidades, com palestras, workshops e sess\u00f5es de coaching. A iniciativa tamb\u00e9m aborda desafios relacionados \u00e0 carreira e \u00e0 lideran\u00e7a feminina, como parte da estrat\u00e9gia da companhia para ampliar oportunidades de desenvolvimento e fortalecer a representatividade nos diferentes n\u00edveis da organiza\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p align=\"justify\">Para Gabriela Al-Cici, vice-presidente de Pessoas e Desenvolvimento Organizacional, o avan\u00e7o reflete um trabalho cont\u00ednuo de desenvolvimento e fortalecimento da representatividade feminina. &#8220;<i>Alcan\u00e7ar 47% de mulheres em posi\u00e7\u00f5es de lideran\u00e7a na Prudential \u00e9 um marco importante, especialmente em um contexto em que a presen\u00e7a feminina nos n\u00edveis executivos ainda representa um desafio para o setor.
