A apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 conduzida pela advogada Ang\u00e9lica Carlini, refer\u00eancia nacional em Direito de Seguros. O evento acontece a partir das 17h, presencialmente no audit\u00f3rio do RioMar Trade Center, e on-line pelo canal do sindicato no YouTube. O encontro marca o encerramento do Programa de Desenvolvimento de Compet\u00eancias (PDC), a\u00e7\u00e3o educacional criada pelo SindsegNNE para capacitar colaboradores.<\/p>\n<p>O objetivo do evento \u00e9 reunir profissionais do mercado segurador e o p\u00fablico em geral para uma reflex\u00e3o sobre o futuro do setor, al\u00e9m de esclarecer os principais pontos da lei e tirar as d\u00favidas dos participantes. Antes da palestra, ser\u00e1 feita a entrega dos certificados aos participantes do PDC, que ocorreu de forma gratuita e on-line, com aulas ministradas por gestores volunt\u00e1rios de diversas companhias, abordando temas como marketing pessoal, gest\u00e3o de pessoas, planejamento financeiro, vendas, lideran\u00e7a e o impacto das redes sociais nos neg\u00f3cios, fortalecendo compet\u00eancias do setor.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;<em>O Programa de Desenvolvimento de Compet\u00eancias reafirma o compromisso do SindsegNNE com a valoriza\u00e7\u00e3o dos profissionais do mercado segurador.
