Se olharmos para o cen\u00e1rio nacional, o segmento teve desempenho\u00a070%\u00a0superior ao ano anterior, e o Seguro Empresarial (com todos os segmentos) registrou aumento de\u00a040%\u00a0em rela\u00e7\u00e3o a 2023.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;O crescimento do produto demonstra que o brasileiro est\u00e1 mais preocupado com a seguran\u00e7a do que nunca. Especialmente em S\u00e3o Paulo, onde a concentra\u00e7\u00e3o de espa\u00e7os corporativos \u00e9 muito grande. Para se ter uma ideia, somente no segundo semestre do ano passado, a cidade de S\u00e3o Paulo incorporou 22.180 m\u00b2 de novos escrit\u00f3rios, elevando o estoque para 12.312 milh\u00f5es de m\u00b2&#8221;, afirma o Superintendente S\u00eanior da Bradesco Seguros, Luiz Carlos Gomes (foto).<\/p>\n<p>O executivo destaca que as coberturas mais acionadas por segurados foram: Alagamentos, Inc\u00eandio e Danos El\u00e9tricos. &#8220;A prote\u00e7\u00e3o para inc\u00eandios faz parte do pacote de coberturas b\u00e1sicas do produto. No entanto, as coberturas para alagamento e danos el\u00e9tricos s\u00e3o adicionais.
