The report includes:<br \/>\n\u2022 The Group overview, outlining Zurich\u2019s strategy, featuring stories that showcase how it progressed on its journey towards innovation, customer-centricity, and simplification in the year 2023.<br \/>\n\u2022 The governance chapter, including the Group\u2019s corporate governance report and the remuneration report.<br \/>\n\u2022 The sustainability report, which includes non-financial information. Highlights from the sustainability report are also available online.<br \/>\n\u2022 The risk review and the financial review, which have already been published alongside the Group\u2019s full-year results on February 22, 2024.<br \/>\nAnnual General Meeting 2024<br \/>\nZurich Insurance Group Ltd (ZIG) also published today the invitation to the Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024, which takes place on April 10, 2024 at the Hallenstadion in Zurich, Switzerland.<br \/>\nAs announced on February 22, 2024, the Board of Directors will propose to elect John Rafter as a new member. Dame Alison Carnwath will not stand for re-election, as she reached the maximum tenure of 12 years.
