The event will start with introductory remarks from Group CEO Mario Greco and Group CFO George Quinn, followed by three separate breakout sessions.<\/p>\n<p>The sessions of Zurich Germany and Switzerland will highlight how Zurich&#8217;s customer focus and disciplined execution underpin both business units&#8217; plans to grow business operating profit faster than the overall Group over the current strategic cycle. Farmers&#8217; session will focus on underwriting actions, expense optimization and the distribution strategy, which together mean that the Farmers Exchanges1 expect to deliver a combined ratio of ~99% in 2024 together with a surplus ratio of 35%.
