Nomeado por Richard Vinhosa, CEO da companhia, o executivo unir\u00e1 sua expertise no desenvolvimento de produtos de seguro com o bom relacionamento com parceiros, corretores e clientes para otimizar as vendas produtos diversificados e flex\u00edveis na plataforma digital em todos os canais de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o da EZZE.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTenho como foco acelerar o crescimento da companhia, investindo no monitoramento de informa\u00e7\u00f5es de mercado, visitando os nossos corretores e parceiros, entendendo suas demandas e desenvolvendo solu\u00e7\u00f5es para futuras vendas de alta performance\u201d, afirma Toguchi, que al\u00e9m de vice-presidente comercial, aceitou o convite de Vinhosa para ser s\u00f3cio da startup.<\/p>\n<p>Em quase tr\u00eas anos de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a EZZE tem conquistado grande espa\u00e7o no mercado. No seu primeiro ano de atua\u00e7\u00e3o, 2020, a seguradora tinha como previs\u00e3o faturar R? 100 milh\u00f5es e conseguiu fechar o ano com R? 140 milh\u00f5es em pr\u00eamios. J\u00e1 em 2021, a previs\u00e3o era de R? 200 milh\u00f5es e a companhia reportou faturamento de R? 427 milh\u00f5es. Para este ano, a previs\u00e3o \u00e9 de R? 800 milh\u00f5es. Segundo Toguchi, a perspectiva segue positiva. \u201cQuanto mais os clientes usam o seguro, mais percebem os benef\u00edcios de ter a prote\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, conta.<\/p>\n<p>Desde o in\u00edcio da sua atua\u00e7\u00e3o como vice-presidente comercial, Toguchi visitou duas das oito filiais da EZZE: Salvador e Rio de Janeiro.
