The Commercial Director of BrasilCap, Marcelo Gon\u00e7alves Farinha, was re-elected President of the National Federation of Capitalization Investments (FenaCap) and for the board of directors for the 2022-24 term, taking office on February 7th. FenaCap, which celebrates its 15th anniversary this year, represents the 16 member companies in the national territory. The entity has been strategic in strengthening the segment within the market, thus contributing to the economic and social development of Brazilians.
\nAmong other goals, the Federation acts as the sector\u2019s political and institutional representation, promoting the permanent protection of the segment\u2019s interests; it also represents the members in court and out-of-court; and it helps to create and improve laws, rules and regulations that increase the efficiency of this economic segment. The new management is followed by a positive outlook for the year.
\nThe market of capitalization investments in 2022 may show a sustained recovery, growing in all regions of the country. The result up to November 2021 points to this scenario. The sector revenue reached R$ 22.18 billion, a 6.25% increase year-to-date if compared to the same period in 2020. For FenaCap, this reinforces the prospect of double-digit growth for this year.
