According to the organizers&#8217; estimates, more than a thousand people were present at the Pro Magno conference center. In addition, renowned experts in innovation and new technologies from four countries \u2013 the United States, Germany, France and Switzerland \u2013 and from other continents gave presentations, either live or broadcasted through a platform. The panels were divided into four themes: \u2018Profile or Persona\u2019, \u2018To be or not to be Digital?\u2019, \u2018Accelerating the Future\u2019 and \u2018User Experience &amp; Wellness\u2019.<br \/>\n\u2018Many technologies that were ready and on standby were activated and the market for global insurance is coming out of this tail of the pandemic stronger and up to date\u2019, highlighted the event host, Gustavo Doria Filho, CQCS\u2019 CEO. This year, a new feature: startups, insurtechs and associations experienced a new space at CQCS Insurtech &amp; Innovation, the \u2018Demostage\u2019. There, entrepreneurs were able to demonstrate early-stage initiatives to publics of interest (investors, insurance brokers and prospect clients) in presentations lasting on average 15 minutes.<br \/>\nAnother feature that inspired the audience was an intelligent voice device. One of the event\u2019s sponsors, the School of Business and Insurance (ENS), in partnership with Sistran Brasil, presented a virtual teaching assistant using natural language\/voice commands, the Alexa Insurance Guru. Created to take advantage of the full potential of the platform developed by Amazon, the device provides, at a voice command, information and clarifications about insurance. The intent is to offer information to brokers in an accessible language, demystifying the insurance jargon.<br \/>\nAt the ExpoInsurtech venue, panelists presented their products and services. The purpose of this space, besides demonstrating products and services, was to encourage networking, closing deals and establishing partnerships. The exhibition comprised regulatory agencies, insurance companies, insurtechs, investors, technology service providers, among others.<br \/>\nIn addition to innovations and news from the digital world, CQCS Insurtech &amp; Innovation recognized and honored market professionals who helped transform the sector and who are now part of the history of insurance: Ant\u00f4nio Carlos de Almeida Braga, Abrah\u00e3o Garfinkel, Armando Verg\u00edlio, M\u00e1rio Petrelli and Nilton Molina were distinguished with commemorative plaques. \u2018We take great care in honoring people who have contributed to the development of the market or to our journey of innovation\u2019, highlighted Doria.<\/p>\n<p>Brokers\u2019 Congress will promote social actions<\/p>\n<p>During CQCS Insurtech &amp; Innovation, Fenacor held a press conference to provide information on the 22nd Brazilian Congress of Insurance Brokers, which will take place from 2 to 5 March 2022 at the Royal Palm Resort, in Campinas (SP). At the press conference, the Federation\u2019s president, Armando Vergilio, was accompanied by the president-elect of Sincor-SP, Boris Ber, and the president of Sincor-SE, \u00c9rico Melo.<br \/>\nVerg\u00edlio highlighted the importance of the event, which will focus on innovation, communication, technology and other matters of interest to the sector. He emphasized that the Congress will feature a tribute to professionals in celebration of Women\u2019s Day, presenting a panel with female executives from the market.<br \/>\nAbout Exposeg, the president of Fenacor revealed that the space will bring together 22 exhibitors, a smaller number this time due to the pandemic. He also highlighted the social actions to be undertaken based on the motto: \u2018Education: a safe path\u2019.
