Os clientes com mais de 60 anos foram os que mais acessaram a plataforma digital: quase 25% do total.  <\/p>\n<p>Os servi\u00e7os mais procurados foram segunda via de pagamentos, carteirinha digital, consulta da rede credenciada e reembolso. O atendimento via WhatsApp caiu no gosto popular e est\u00e1 sendo utilizado com alto grau de aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e resolutividade.  <\/p>\n<p>A SulAm\u00e9rica tem apostado num modelo \u201cfigital\u201d (f\u00edsico + digital) para oferecer uma melhor experi\u00eancia ao cliente.
