Em mais uma edi\u00e7\u00e3o do programa GRTV para discutir a ger\u00eancia de riscos no Brasil, o jornalista Paulo Alexandre e o consultor econ\u00f4mico, Francisco Galiza convidam para abordar o tema “Os Desafios da Gest\u00e3o de Riscos” o presidente da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira de Ger\u00eancia de Riscos – ABGR, Alexandre Maver e o vice-presidente da entidade, Luiz Ot\u00e1vio Artilheiro.<\/p>\n

Sobre os maiores desafios para os gestores de riscos atualmente, Alexandre afirmou que existem diversos desafios em todas as \u00e1reas, inclusive no ordenamento jur\u00eddico brasileiro. “A gest\u00e3o de risco \u00e9 uma atividade multidisciplinar, ela pode abranger diversas \u00e1reas, isso vai depender das pol\u00edticas e diretrizes de cada companhia. Em alguns casos, por exemplo, o gestor \u00e9 visto em uma cadeira mais operacional, em outros casos em uma cadeira mais financeira, administrativa ou mesmo mais jur\u00eddica. A verdade \u00e9 que, no mundo ideal, o gestor deveria ter olhos e bra\u00e7os em todas as \u00e1reas da companhia”, explicou.<\/p>\n

Sobre as vantagens econ\u00f4micas de uma empresa ter um gestor de riscos, Luiz Ot\u00e1vio disse que o objetivo principal de ter um respons\u00e1vel por essa \u00e1rea \u00e9 preservar o patrim\u00f4nio da companhia. “Essa gest\u00e3o de riscos financeira nada mais \u00e9 que voc\u00ea investigar, identificar e mapear esses riscos. Com essa ferramenta voc\u00ea cria estrat\u00e9gias e controles da companhia e esses controles visam a mitiga\u00e7\u00e3o dos riscos de toda opera\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa. O gestor, quando pratica suas fun\u00e7\u00f5es de forma eficiente, ele vai impactar diretamente o fluxo de caixa da companhia”, destacou.<\/p>\n
