O executivo Carlos Eduardo Sarkovas \u00e9 s\u00f3cio da Thinkseg e reponde pelas \u00e1reas comercial e de opera\u00e7\u00f5es da companhia. J\u00e1 o consultor Mauricio Tadeu Barros Morais dirige o Grupo Ways Gest\u00e3o Empresarial.<\/p>\n<p>Cadu Sarkovas, como \u00e9 mais conhecido no mercado, \u00e9 economista e administrador de empresas. Atuou por 16 anos na Bradesco Seguros, sendo quatro anos como diretor da \u00e1rea corporativa, gerenciando uma carteira de R$ 15 bilh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Graduado e p\u00f3s-graduado em Administra\u00e7\u00e3o e Ci\u00eancias Cont\u00e1beis, Mauricio Tadeu \u00e9 professor universit\u00e1rio.
