Fator Seguradora launched the Broker’s Website, a 100% automatized tool

People spend a lot of time on their cellphones fulfilling tasks and obligations that before could only be held in person. According to data provided by Estado on Mobile Services Report, in 2018, Brazilians were hooked on their phones for more than three hours daily. With that, the country reached the fifth place on the ranking of nations that use the device the most around the world.

In a research conducted by Samsung Enterprise Mobility Trend Study, 93% of the interviewed told that they use their phones for professional ends. That made the companies restructure their processes and even infrastructure to meet the demands of the market in regard of technology. In the case of the brokers’ universe, the situation wouldn’t be different. With the advances of Technologies and the improvement of bureaucratic processes, the companies had to rapidly update.

Fator Seguradora was not behind and launched the Broker’s Website – a complete support tool for these professionals that dismisses the personal assistance and makes the processes of queries, quotations and policy emissions. “The creation of the Website came to meet the needs of the market and make the life of our brokers easier and more agile, opening space for transactions made fully online, like is the case of quotation and emission of our insurances, affirms Allison Girão Cardoso de Moura, commercial manager of Fator Seguradora.

According to Fator, the platform allows the brokers to quote and emit policies of Professional Civil Liability Insurance (E&O) in a 100% automatized way, so they don’t waste time with bureaucratic processes and can work on assistance and prospection of new clients. Beyond this easiness, those who sign up on the Website and emit policies through the tool are able to participate in the “Focus, Force, Fator” campaign – a benefit program that exchanges points for diverse prizes.

Digital platform

With the focus on E&O Insurance, Fator Seguradora launched, on April 1st 2019, the incentive campaign “Focus, Force, Fator”, valid through the same period of 2020. This initiative consists in awarding brokers who accumulate points through the sale of E&O products using the Broker’s Website.

On each sale made by broker, 4% is reverted in points for the participant. Example: Policy emitted for R$ 1,000.00 = R$ 40.00 (4%), that, converted into points, totalizing 40 points. Having done that, the broker only needs to claim their prizes on the campaign site (www.focoforcafator.com.br) and enjoy the benefits. The options range from domestic appliances to local and international travel.
